Shipping

We carefully pack every order to ensure your dress arrives in perfect condition. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.


Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All tags must still be attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

For hygiene reasons, all returned items are carefully inspected. Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or other hygiene-related traces cannot be accepted for a refund.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us first. We will guide you through the exchange process.

 

Return Process

To start a return, please fill in the return form.

Include your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Zijn er speciale voorwaarden voor het ruilen of retourneren van een jurk?

Als u niet volledig tevreden bent met uw aankoop, kunt u uw artikel binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van uw bestelling retourneren.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor een retourzending:

  • Het artikel moet ongebruikt zijn en in originele staat verkeren
  • Alle labels en tags moeten nog bevestigd zijn
  • Het artikel moet worden geretourneerd in de originele verpakking

Om hygiënische redenen worden alle geretourneerde artikelen zorgvuldig gecontroleerd. Artikelen met tekenen van gebruik, make-upvlekken, parfumgeur, deodorantsporen of andere hygiëne gerelateerde gebruikssporen kunnen niet worden geaccepteerd voor terugbetaling.

Kan ik mijn online bestelling ook fysiek afhalen in Zwanenburg?

Ja, dat is mogelijk! Als je jouw online bestelling liever afhaalt bij onze locatie in Zwanenburg, kun je dit aangeven tijdens het afrekenproces. We nemen dan contact met je op om een geschikte afhaaltijd af te spreken. Dit is tevens een mooie gelegenheid om onze collectie in het echt te bewonderen.
